More About Me

Meet Jackson

Jackson Granger advises buyers, sellers, and investors across Colorado with a focus on clarity, preparation, and long-term outcomes. His approach combines strategic insight, disciplined execution, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Raised in North Dallas, Jackson developed an early interest in real estate through a fascination with neighborhoods, development, and the role homes play in people’s lives. While he did not initially envision a career in real estate, that curiosity ultimately became the foundation for his work today.

Jackson earned a business degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, with a focus in Digital Media Management. Prior to real estate, he built his career in customer service, project management, sales, and marketing, managing complex timelines, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing projects representing more than $250 million in value. That background informs his structured, detail-oriented approach to strategy, positioning, and execution.

In 2020, Jackson relocated to Colorado after meeting his now wife while skiing at Arapahoe Basin, and the state quickly became home.

In 2023, after more than a decade in project management, Jackson transitioned into real estate and now serves as an advisor with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. He specializes in strategic pricing and market positioning, data-driven market analysis, fix-and-flip opportunities, and effective strategies designed to help his clients win in any market.

What makes Jackson stand out from the rest?

His clients say that what sets Jackson apart is his ability to slow down, listen, and take the time to align on goals, timing, and risk before offering guidance. He believes in providing more value than he receives in payment and approaches every relationship with a service-first mindset focused on integrity, trust, and long-term value.

Jackson’s goal is to put his clients’ best interests first and serve as an effective, trusted advisor and long-term resource.
